Challenge Terms
1. The promoter
The promoter is Superwild Ltd (company number 17138850), a private limited company registered in England and Wales, registered office: Moy Road Industrial Estate, Taffs Well, Cardiff, CF15 7QR, United Kingdom.
Contact: support@superwildpets.com
2. Eligibility
2.1 Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.
2.2 You must have purchased Super Everyday from superwildpets.com and hold an account on our store.
2.3 Employees of Superwild Ltd, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the challenge are not eligible for the featured-transformation prize in §5. They may take part in the challenge itself.
2.4 One entry per dog. If you have more than one dog, you may enter each separately once we support multiple dogs on an account.
3. Taking part
3.1 The challenge runs for 90 days from the date you start it.
3.2 To take part you must, via your account on superwildpets.com:
(a) start the challenge and complete a Super Score assessment for your dog, and upload a photograph of your dog ("Day 0"); (b) complete a short check-in at approximately day 30 and again at approximately day 60; (c) complete a second Super Score assessment and upload a second photograph at approximately day 90 ("Day 90").
3.3 We will email you when each check-in is due. Check-in windows are shown in your account. Missing a day 30 or day 60 check-in does not end your challenge. If you do not complete the Day 90 step within its window, your challenge will be marked as lapsed.
3.4 You may end your challenge at any time from your account, for any reason. We will stop contacting you about it immediately.
3.5 The challenge requires roughly three tubs of Super Everyday to complete. You are responsible for having enough product. Product is sold at its normal price; no additional payment is required to take part.
4. The completion reward
4.1 Everyone who completes all four steps in clause 3.2 within their windows, and who has purchased enough Super Everyday to cover the 90-day period, will receive one Superwild bandana.
4.2 This is a reward for completing the challenge, not a prize. It is not awarded by chance or by selection, and every eligible participant receives one.
4.3 The bandana will be included in your next order, or sent separately at our discretion. Delivery is to UK addresses only.
4.4 No cash alternative. We may substitute an item of equal or greater value if the bandana becomes unavailable.
5. Featured transformations (prize competition)
Complete the bracketed items before publishing. Vague terms here are the main compliance risk in this document.
5.1 Completed challenges submitted between [start date] and [closing date] may be entered for consideration as a featured transformation.
5.2 Prize: [describe exactly — item, quantity, approximate value]. [Number] prizes available.
5.3 Judging criteria: entries will be judged on [state genuine, specific criteria — for example the clarity and completeness of the submission, the quality of the before and after photographs, and the accompanying written description]. Judging is by [named judge and role]. Selection is by judgement against these criteria and is not random.
5.4 The judge's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
5.5 Winners will be notified by email within [number] days of the closing date and must respond within [number] days. If we cannot reach a winner within that period we may select another entry.
5.6 A list of winners' first names and counties is available on request by emailing support@superwildpets.com within three months of the closing date.
5.7 No cash alternative. Prizes are non-transferable. We may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
6. Your photographs and content
6.1 When you start the challenge you may choose to grant us permission to use the photographs, scores and any written comments you submit ("Your Content") in our marketing, including social media, paid advertising, our website and email.
6.2 Granting this permission is optional and is not a condition of taking part, of receiving the bandana, or of anything else in these terms. You can take part in the challenge without granting it.
6.3 If you grant permission, you give Superwild Ltd a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, edit and display Your Content for those purposes.
6.4 You can withdraw permission at any time by emailing support@superwildpets.com. We will stop using Your Content in new materials within 30 days. We may not be able to remove it from materials already published or distributed by third parties.
6.5 You confirm that Your Content is yours, that you have the right to grant this licence, and that anyone identifiable in it has agreed. Please don't submit photographs containing other people without their consent, or any child under 18.
6.6 We may decline to use, or remove, any content at our discretion.
7. Data protection
7.1 Superwild Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through the challenge.
7.2 We process your account details, your dog's profile and assessment results, your check-in entries and your photographs in order to run the challenge, send you check-in reminders, and fulfil rewards. Our lawful basis is performance of a contract with you, and consent where you have granted the marketing permission in §6.
7.3 Full details of how we handle personal data, including your rights and how long we keep information, are in our Privacy Policy at superwildpets.com.
7.4 You can withdraw consent, request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it by emailing support@superwildpets.com.
8. About the product
8.1 Superwild products are a complementary feed, not a veterinary medicine. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Always consult your vet about any medical concern.
8.2 Super Score and the challenge check-ins record your own observations of your dog. They are not a veterinary assessment and are not a substitute for veterinary advice.
8.3 Results vary between dogs. Nothing in the challenge is a promise of any particular outcome, and some dogs' scores may not improve.
9. General
9.1 We may amend these terms or withdraw the challenge where it is necessary and reasonable to do so, including for legal or operational reasons. We will publish any change on this page and, where the change is significant, email participants. We will not change the rules of a promotion already under way in a way that disadvantages people who have entered.
9.2 We may disqualify an entry we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, misleading, or in breach of these terms.
9.3 We are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed or not received because of a technical fault outside our control, though we will try to put things right where we can.
9.4 Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
9.5 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
